Lawyers for Tom Sandoval are requesting Rachel “Raquel” Leviss’ revenge porn lawsuit from him be dismissed or amended, according to court docket files attained by Us Weekly.
The files, filed Monday, April 22,, argue that the lawsuit “is a thinly veiled endeavor to extend [Leviss’] fame and to rebrand herself as the victim” even though “denigrating her former buddy [Ariana Madix] as a ‘scorned woman’ and her former paramour Sandoval as ‘predatory.’”
Leviss and Sandoval’s community drama has played out on Bravo’s Vanderpump Policies because previous yr, stemming from an incident in which Sandoval’s ex Madix learned explicit videos of Leviss on his cellular phone while the two have been courting.
Leviss filed the lawsuit in February 2024, accusing Sandoval, 40, and Madix, 38, of eavesdropping, revenge porn and invasion of privateness. Legal files from Sandoval’s attorneys endeavor to discredit people claims.
The files claim that Leviss has continued to build herself as the victim by adding to the lawsuit “irrelevant but incendiary allegations of…persecution by multiple non-events,” which include Bravo, VPR costar Scheana Shay and Andy Cohen. Leviss’ podcast, “Rachel Goes Rogue,” is also stated, proclaiming the present is intended to “further bend the narrative to her will.”

All of Leviss’ promises, in accordance to the submitting, are centered on what they consider to be the untrue allegation that Sandoval “surreptitiously” recorded two lewd movies of Leviss.
“However, these videos were produced by Leviss and printed by Leviss to Sandoval by way of a consensual exchange on Facetime,” the documents point out. “Based on Leviss’ very own allegations, Sandoval just saved private copies of the videos that Leviss filmed and shared with him.”
When those video clips eventually became recognized, Leviss alleged in her suit that Bravo and her castmates ongoing to advantage from the buzz they produced.
